Whole-Home Residential Moves

A house move is rarely one job; it’s a stack of small ones in every room, and our crews work it that way. We’ve emptied single-stories in Diamond Creek, four-bed builds off Pleasant Grove Blvd, and older places over toward Carmichael. Flat-rate bands run by bedroom count: one-bedroom $640 to $980, two-bedroom $1,090 to $1,680, three-bedroom $1,840 to $2,740, and a four-bed house $2,650 to $3,900. Prefer hourly? It’s $159 for two movers and a truck, $219 for three.

How we handle each room

The kitchen gets dish packs and cell dividers, glassware wrapped individually, and we tape and label every box by the cabinet it came from so unpacking isn’t a scavenger hunt. Bedrooms move fast: dressers stay loaded with their drawers taped shut, mattresses go in mattress bags, and bed frames come apart and go back together at the new place. The garage is where most moves bog down, so we plan for it, with appliance dollies for the workbench and the deep freezer, straps for the ladders, and a crew member who knows how to stack a power tool collection without crushing the soft boxes. Closets, the linen cupboard, the bathroom cabinet, the odd corners that slow a move down all get handled, not left for you to throw in a last-minute box. We protect the new floors with runners before a single box crosses the threshold, and on the hot stretch from June through September we’ll start at first light so the heavy furniture is on the truck before the valley hits triple digits. A $150 deposit holds the date and applies to the total, the same straightforward way our Roseville house movers have run jobs since 2011.

What Roseville Neighbors Tell Us

★★★★★

“We did an early-morning load to beat the valley heat and I'm so glad they suggested it. By the time it hit 100 degrees the truck was packed and we were on the road. The Fiddyment Farm driveway is long and they hustled the whole way without dragging anything across the concrete. Nick called the night before just to confirm the crew size and parking. Everything arrived in one piece and the bill was the number on the estimate.”

“Rented my own truck and just needed muscle to load it in Fair Oaks. Two guys for a couple hours, no equipment minimum, and they packed that thing like a puzzle so nothing shifted on the drive. Great value.”

“June heat was brutal but the crew kept water on hand and never let it slow them down. They wrapped the TV and the glass tabletop themselves without me asking. Clean, professional, and the price on the sheet is what I paid.”

Service FAQ

Do you move whole houses or just furniture?
Whole houses, room by room. We handle the kitchen, bedrooms, garage, and everything in between, including disassembly and reassembly of beds and large furniture.
How much does a 3-bedroom house move cost?
A three-bedroom flat-rate band runs $1,840 to $2,740 depending on access and contents. We can also bill hourly at $159 for two movers or $219 for three.
Can you handle a garage full of heavy gear?
Yes. Garages are routine for us. We bring appliance dollies and straps for workbenches, freezers, tool chests, and ladders so nothing gets dropped or scratched.
Will you protect my new floors?
We lay floor runners and pad door frames before we carry anything in. On rainy or muddy days we add tarps so nothing tracks across the new flooring.
