How we use it. We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and perform your move, process the $150 deposit and final payment, send confirmations and follow-ups, and meet recordkeeping rules tied to our CAL-T and US DOT authority. We may contact you about your specific job by phone, text, or email.
Who we share it with. We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor, scheduling tools, and insurer, and only as needed. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our crew, customers, or property.
How long we keep it. We retain move records as long as needed for the job and for tax, insurance, and legal obligations, then dispose of them securely.
